Artists at Play is proud to announce that our production of Edith Can Shoot Things and Hit Them has been nominated for a GLAAD Media Award in the category of Outstanding Los Angeles Theater!
The GLAAD Media Awards recognize works for their "fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives." Just before the end of our run, our production was Ovation Recommended as voted upon by Los Angeles theatre professionals. We are proud of that distinction and now this GLAAD nomination as well.
We extend our gratitude and congratulations to the cast, crew, and all of our supporters. Without them, our work would not be made possible. We are so proud of this show and it is truly an honor to be nominated.
